Arjun, a character in The Freshman and The Sophomore series, is an upperclassman at Hartfeld University, the former Vice President and now President of Student Council. He is first seen in The Freshman, Book 2, Chapter 4.

Arjun has short, black hair, tan skin, and brown eyes. He wears a jeans jacket over a shirt with black and white stripes. He is of Indian descent.

Arjun's is shown to be extremely kind and caring of his friends; not to mention Kaitlyn.

Kaitlyn
"I know you've gotten really close to your friends here... But I've known you since we were little kids. You think I'd forget of all of that for something like this?" - Arjun to Kaitlyn in Book 2, Chapter 9.
Kaitlyn is Arjun's childhood friend. They share a very close bond, which is why Arjun is upset that Kaitlyn couldn't trust him enough to come out to him. They went to high school together, and at the time she was a sophomore, he was a senior. If you ask Kaitlyn if she ever ended up dating him, she reveals that they kissed once. When she is anxious about going to the ballet with him and her parents, knowing full well that they are trying to matchmake her with Arjun, he tells her that he supports her and he'll do whatever he can to keep their visit from getting weird.

Your Character immediately gets along with Arjun.
Chris
Chris and Arjun instantly get along, and Arjun becomes Chris' vice president when the latter becomes student council president. They become friends and even formulate a scholarship plan for the school to consider. In The Sophomore, Book 1, Arjun presides over Chris' duties while the latter returns to football. It is revealed in The Junior, Book 1 that Arjun was voted in as student council president, leaving Chris to focus solely on football.
Trivia
- In The Freshman, Book 2, Chapter 11, it is revealed by Kaitlyn's father that Arjun was treasurer of the National Honor Society when he was in high school.
- He originally went to UT Austin, but realized in his sophomore year that it was too close to home, which is why he decided to transfer to Hartfeld.
- This infers that he is a junior while Kaitlyn is a freshman and possibly graduated at the end of her sophomore year, explaining his absence during her junior and senior years.
- His major is anthropology.
- He makes cameo appearances in Perfect Match, Book 2, Chapters 8 and 9, as an intern who is looking forward to join the company Eros.
- The name Arjun is of Hindi and Sanskrit origin, which means: Bright, shining, white, clear, silver.
